RULES FOR PARTICIPATION IN A PRIZE GIVEAWAY
HAPPY GLOW BOX GIVEAWAY
This document sets out the rules for conducting a prize giveaway on Instagram: HAPPY GLOW BOX GIVEAWAY (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”), organized by “HEPINESS” Ltd., with registered office and address of management: Varna, 25 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
I. ORGANIZER OF THE GAME
The Organizer of the Game is “HEPINESS” Ltd., with registered office and address of management: Varna, 25 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd.
II. DEFINITION OF THE GAME
2.1. The Game consists of a set of participation conditions defined by the Organizer, the fulfillment of which gives participants the opportunity to win one of the announced prizes; the actions of the participants in fulfillment of the conditions; and the selection of winning participants by the Organizer, which is carried out on a random basis.
2.2. The Game is not and cannot be qualified as “gambling” within the meaning of the Gambling Act. It does not meet the definition of “gambling” under Art. 2, para. 1, as there is no stake involved and none of the participants can lose anything in any way. No permit from the State Gambling Commission is required for its conduct.
2.3. Participation in the Game is entirely voluntary.
III. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GAME
3.1. The right to participate in the Game is granted only to natural persons who have reached the age of 18, are not placed under full or partial legal incapacity, and who have familiarized themselves with and accepted these rules for participation in the Game, published on the Organizer’s website – dostavka.happy.bg.
3.2. Employees of the Organizer, including persons related to the organization or conduct of the Game, are not entitled to participate in the Game.
IV. GAME PERIOD
4.1. The Game period starts at 00:00 on 16.02.2026 and ends at 23:59 on 05.03.2026, or until the available quantities are exhausted.
V. PRIZES
5.1. The Organizer provides the following prizes: one LED facial mask Yenges Beauty Shield, LED light face mask, 7-in-1 therapy; 130 Happy Delivery vouchers for consumption with a validity of one month, distributed as follows: 80 vouchers worth €5, 40 vouchers worth €10, and 10 vouchers worth €20; 10 vouchers, each worth €25 with a validity of one month, usable for all available products on the website https://yengescosmetics.com/ of YENGES; and 20 Yenges boxes containing products described in detail at https://yengescosmetics.com/products/limited-edition-box

Периодът на провеждане на играта започва на 16.02.2026г. и продължава до 31.03.2026г.
НАГРАДИ
1. Организаторът предоставя следните награди, които могат да бъдат спечелени при участие в играта:
- 5000 бр.Beauty & The Beast - еднократна крио маска за лице „Yenges“ с хиалуронова киселина;
- 1500 бр.Cinderella - еднократна маска за лице„Yenges“ с колаген и ДНК от сьомга;
- 3500 бр.Sleeping Beauty - еднократна маска за лице „Yenges“ с колаген.
2. С едно участие отговарящо на условията на играта може да бъде спечелен само един брой от един от посочените видове маски за лице;
3. НЕ се допуска размяна на наградата срещу нейния паричен еквивалент.
МЕХАНИЗЪМ НА ИГРАТА
За да получи възможност да спечели една от наградите, през периода на Играта, участникът следва да изпълни следното условие за участие: Да поръча чрез уеб-сайта dostavka.happy.bg и мобилното приложение Happy Delivery и закупи:
СУШИ ШАЙНИ GLOW BOX 20 бр. (440 г) за цена от 14,82 € (28,99 лв)
или
СУШИ БЮТИ GLOW BOX 20 бр. (365 г) на специална цена от 12,78 € (24,99 лв).
ТЕГЛЕНЕ И ОБЯВЯВАНЕ НА ПОБЕДИТЕЛЯ
Печелившиtе участници ще бъдат избрани на случаен принцип към момента на поръчката. Козметичната маска ще бъде прикрепена в горната част на поръчана та кутия за суши, в специален джоб обособен за нея.
