Bonus terms

PART 1. OFFICIAL RULES
1.1. Happy Delivery customers who make orders through the website are bound by the terms and provisions of the below described rules of the bonus program, called “Official Rules of the bonus program”.
1.2. Happy Delivery reserves the right to modify or supplement the official rules of the bonus program, while the changes come into force after prior publication on the website of Happy Delivery - www.dostavka.happy.bg.
1.3. With each order they make from the official Happy Delivery website, the participants are bound by the abovementioned Official Rules and agree to abide by their conditions.

Part 2. TERRITORY OF VALIDITY OF THE BONUS PROGRAM
2.1. The bonus program is only valid when ordering through the official website of Happy Delivery - www.dostavka.happy.bg. It is available only for registered users who place orders through an existing profile.

PART 3. PARTICIPATION RIGHTS
3.1. The bonus program is active and valid for all individuals who register through the official website of Happy Delivery - www.dostavka.happy.bg.

PART 4. MECHANISM FOR OBTAINING BONUSES FROM THE HAPPY DELIVERY BONUS PROGRAM
Based on every calendar month’s order turnover, made through Happy Delivery’s official website, each customer receives a cash bonus, which can be used to pay for an order within the following month (the amount of the price paid for delivery not charge bonus).
The bonus is valid for a period of one month - throughout the calendar month, following the month in which the client has completed the relevant turnover. After calendar month’s end, the bonus becomes invalid.
The bonus is used as payment for а whole order. The bonus can be used once only once, and can not be used to pay two or more orders. The bonus is used to pay an order, excluding delivery, it is paid by the customer regardless of the amount of the bonus. The value of the order must not be lower than the value of the generated bonus.

The bonuses, which the customer receives for orders turnover, made through the Happy delivery official website, www.dostavka.happy.bg, for one calendar month, are:
 

-For a total order amount in a calendar month between 250-350 BGN, the customer will receive a 3 BGN bonus, which can be used to pay for part or all of an order in the following calendar month.

-For a total order amount in a calendar month between 350-500 BGN, the customer will receive a 5 BGN bonus, which can be used to pay for part or all of an order in the following calendar month.

-For a total order amount in a calendar month between 500-750 BGN, the customer will receive a 15 BGN bonus, which can be used to pay for part or all of an order in the following calendar month.

-For a total order amount in a calendar month between 750-1000 BGN, the customer will receive a 25 BGN bonus, which can be used to pay for part or all of an order in the following calendar month.

-For a total order amount in a calendar month between 1000-1250 BGN, the customer will receive a 35 BGN bonus, which can be used to pay for part or all of an order in the following calendar month.

-For a total order amount in a calendar month above 1250 BGN, the customer will receive a 50 BGN bonus, which can be used to pay for part or all of an order in the following calendar month.

The bonus could not be able with another type of discount.

PART 5. RESPONSIBILITY
5.1. Happy Delivery will not be held responsible in the event, that due to uncontrollable and independent of it technical or other reasons, the customer has no access to the official Happy Delivery website (www.dostavka.happy.bg), the amount of an order was not registered with the total for the calendar month, or after completion of the calendar month, the customer can not use his earned bonus.
5.2. Happy Delivery is not responsible and will not be party to any dispute and/or lawsuits for using the earned bonus.
5.3. Disputes concerning the ownership of a bonus shall not invalidate the awarding of such by Happy Delivery.

PART 6. REPLACEMENT AND ASSIGNMENT OF BONUSES. NON-CASH EQUIVALENTS ABSENSE
6.1. The bonuses earned are personal and cannot be transferred to third parties or replaced and have no cash equivalent.

PART 7. TERMINATION OF BONUS PROGRAM
7.1. Happy Delivery has irrevocable right to terminate the bonus program at any time, stating it in accordance with Part 1 of the present rules, if found abuses, mass violation of the rules, as well as in case of force majeure or other objective reasons. In these cases the customers are not due to compensation and return of the purchased products is not allowed.

PART 8. DISPUTES
8.1. Disputes between Happy Delivery and customers, benefiting from the bonus program, are solved under these rules, and by mutual agreement. Upon failure to achieve such, the dispute shall be settled by the competent courts in the Republic of Bulgaria.
