Direct Marketing Notice

In case you decide, you give your free, voluntarily, informed and unequivocal agreement for using personal data provided by you - e-mail address and mobile number, for the following purpose: implementation of direct marketing by "HEPINES" EOOD, EIK : 103279218 with headquarters and management address in the city of Varna, g.k. "Levski", 25 "Roza" Street. In its capacity as a personal data controller within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 regarding the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to for short as the "Regulation/s"). The purpose of the processing for which the personal data is intended: direct marketing, consisting of being sent to you by e-mail, SMS, Viber and other mobile apps, marketing and advertising messages, promo codes, promotions, special offers, news, information about the products, services and upcoming campaigns by “HEPINES” EOOD (regards to the activity developed by the company for the delivery of prepared food) and the companies managing restaurants from the "Happy Bar & Grill", "Burrata Italiana" and "Captain Cook Fish & Beef Restaurant" chains on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The registered trademarks of the restaurant chains mentioned in the previous sentence have the following images: Legal basis for processing personal data: "HEPINES" EOOD processes your personal data on the basis of your consent. Period for which your personal data will be stored by "HEPINES" EOOD: 5 (five) years from the date of supply with your consent, after the expiration of which you will be asked to renew your consent for marketing purposes. Special categories of personal data will not be processed and your personal data will not be transferred outside the Republic of Bulgaria. As a data subject and in connection with your consent to the processing of personal data, you have the following rights: - right of access to your personal data and right to receive information about the processed data according to Article 15 of the Regulation; - right to request the correction of your personal data that is inaccurate/out-of-date, according to Article 16 of the Regulation; - right to request to delete the personal data related to you (right "to be forgotten") according to Article 17 of the Regulation; - right to ask the administrator to limit the processing of your personal data according to Article 18 of the Regulation; - right to data portability according to Article 20 of the Regulation; - right to object to the administrator regarding the processing of your personal data according to Article 21 of the Regulation, which right you have the opportunity to exercise at any time; - right at any time to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, which right (among your other rights listed in this Notice) you can exercise by sending a letter to "HEPINES" EOOD at e- mail: delivery@happy.bg or at the address of the administrator's office - city of Varna, g.k. "Levski", 25 "Rosa" St. In addition, you have the right to unsubscribe from marketing communications that we send to you by using the unsubscribe feature from any marketing communication that you receive from HAPPINESS EOOD; -the right to file a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority - Commission for the Protection of Personal Data, with an address in the city of Sofia, "Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov" No. 2, e-mail: kzld@cpdp.bg, website: www.cpdp.bg. This Direct Marketing Notice has been adopted by HAPPINESS EOOD and is effective from 22.07.2023.
